This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team while ensuring high cleaning standards, excellent client service, and smooth day-to-day site operations.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with rostering, team coordination and site operations
- Good computer skills (email, Excel and reporting systems)
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
