About the Role
- Full pre‑start management across detached homes and apartment builds
- Selections & documentation including addenda, variations and compliance checks
- Client appointments (where required) plus investor project coordination
- Work closely with drafting, estimating and construction teams to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organised workflows and high‑quality documentation
About You
- Early‑career pre‑start experience OR established pre‑start capability
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with documentation
- Comfortable with both client‑facing and investor‑based work
- Organised, calm and able to manage structured workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
