Bendigo Health is seeking a FaPMI Community Worker for Children and Young People to support delivery of the FaPMI Program and provide targeted support for children, young people and young carers up to 25 years.

Working within the Clinical Operations Division and with FaPMI Coordinators, you will promote a whole-of-family approach, build community partnerships and help connect clients with services and resources to enhance wellbeing.
