As part of the HVAC team in Townsville, you'll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
At typical day will involve:
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Running deliveries in the local area using a company vehicle
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Helping keep the branch tidy and safe

About the Candidate
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Forklift license preferred
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Has a clean valid driver's license
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
