About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEE Program Teacher to deliver engaging and learner-centred foundation skills training to adult participants from diverse cultural, educational and employment backgrounds. You will create an inclusive learning environment that supports learners to build confidence, achieve their goals and improve their employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality foundation skills training in language, literacy, numeracy, digital skills and employability.




- Develop learner-centred lesson plans and training resources aligned with the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).
- Conduct initial assessments, learning needs analyses and ongoing learner reviews.
- Assess learner progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with SEE Program and RTO requirements.
- Provide individual learning support and mentoring to participants.
- Foster a protected, inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment.
- Liaise with employers, employment service providers and community organisations where appropriate.
- Participate in moderation, validation and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Government funding requirements and organisational policies.
