At TONIC Australia, we're entering an exciting new chapter.

We're looking for an eCommerce Lead who wants to do more than just maintain a website. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape the digital experience of a growing lifestyle and wellness brand.

This is a adaptable, part‑time role (2 days per week) working closely with our General Manager and Marketing team to build a stronger online experience across our B2C and B2B channels.

If you enjoy improving customer journeys, thinking commercially, and bringing together websites, marketplaces and brand storytelling—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Leading the ongoing development and optimisation of our Shopify website
- Managing our B2C and wholesale (B2B) online experience
- Overseeing Amazon and marketplace listings
- Coordinating product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns online
- Ensuring inventory, pricing and product information are accurate across every platform
- Working closely with marketing to deliver a seamless customer journey from campaign through to checkout
- Continuously improving website performance,



SEO fundamentals and conversion opportunities

We’d Love to Meet Someone Who…

- Has hands‑on experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Has worked with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplaces
- Understands both customer experience and commercial performance
- Can confidently manage multiple digital channels
- Has an eye for detail and genuinely cares about creating a great online shopping experience
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a small, fast‑moving team
