City of Greater Geraldton is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join its team in Geraldton. This permanent part time role (30.4 hours per fortnight) covers Thursday and Friday, delivering high-quality customer interactions and routing inquiries to the right teams.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn City services. A National Police Certificate and pre-employment medical are part of the process.
