Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team, working across Surfside Motors and Coastal Quality Cars.

About the Role

As an Experienced Used Car Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance while building long-term relationships with customers throughout their buying journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget.

- Managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales and finance targets.

- Building a strong referral and repeat customer base.

- Following up leads and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.

- Demonstrating extensive product knowledge across our used vehicle range.

- Working closely with the Business Manager and dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.





- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM activity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in used vehicle sales within a dealership environment.

- A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

- A current and valid driver's licence.

- Availability to work weekends.
