Key Responsibilities





Maintain consistently high food standards and presentation across multiple dining venues

· Deliver exceptional culinary service and contribute to a positive guest experience

· Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements

· Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team with menu prep, ordering, and food presentation

· Work collaboratively within a fast paced, high volume environment

Founded in 2020 by Kenneth Wagner, Kpat Hotels is building a portfolio of contemporary accommodation, restaurants, bars and pubs across Queensland. Each venue is shaped by its location and designed to create places local people feel proud of.
