About The Role

Are you a hands-on, safety-minded team player ready to jump into a busy production environment? CSR is looking for Machine Operators to join our Scoresby site. Prior machine operating experience is not required – what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with others.

Experience operating machinery is a bonus but not required – we'll train the right person.

Shifts:

Night shift 6pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery safely while meeting quality, output, and efficiency targets.
- Use a forklift to move materials – forklift licence is essential.
- Assist with routine inspections and troubleshooting.
- Accurately record production data and support smooth shift handovers.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team performance.
- Carry out manual handling tasks up to 20kg safely, using lifting aids where needed.

- Valid forklift licence (Essential).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong team ethic.
- Commitment to health, safety, and following procedures.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information.
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks (up to 20kg).
