Community Solutions is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner in Rockhampton to develop and support PBS plans that promote safety, choice and independence. You will work with individuals, families and support networks to deliver evidence-based strategies and coach teams to build capability.
You bring a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, registration preferably as a Core Practitioner, and experience implementing PBS plans in complex settings.
