Change Recruitment is recruiting for an API-focused Java Developer to join NSW state infrastructure projects in Sydney CBD. You will design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs within the EPMO Delivery team, improving test coverage and supporting releases.

You will work with Spring, Maven, Git, and AWS, contributing to a long-running transformation programme with a transparent reporting line to ICT leadership. The role involves both agile and waterfall approaches in a high-stakes environment.
