We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Capalaba and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

Support Worker Position Description

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

- Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
- Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
- Supporting someone to get out into the community
- Attending appointments or social activities
- Medication support
- Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)

Shifts available

Shifts are available across a variety of times,



and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.

- Early mornings (from 6am)
- Overnight/sleepover shifts

What you’ll need

- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes
- Great listening and respectful communication skills
- CurrentFirst Aid & CPRcertificates(or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
