An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime prospect? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Central Landscaping Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaper with leadership skills to join and lead our Central Landscaping Team at Ayers Rock Resort. In this role you will assist the Landscaping Assistant Manager with all normal management and supervisory activities of the Central Landscaping Department and provide specialist advice and knowledge regarding Landscaping and Gardening activities.

You will also work in cooperation with the Environmental Manager and Landscaping Manager to ensure Planting, Pruning, and clearing activities are done so in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines.

This role requires you to hold a current Full Australian Drivers Licence.

Key Duties

- Understand the requirements and ensure Upkeep and Maintenance of Central Landscaping features is carried out as per procedures
- Offer advice on improvements to Central Landscaping features and supervise those works which are approved by management
- Assist in operation of the nursery to ensure a suitable range of replacement plants and flora are available and advise management when suitable stock/replacements are below reasonable levels
