We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our new retail store in Redcliffe. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the store reflects the values and aesthetic of The Lullaby Club.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Oversee the daily operations of the store including opening and closing procedures

Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually aligned with brand standards

Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation

Ensure POS systems and store equipment operate smoothly

Rostering

Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example

Assist customers with product knowledge, sizing, and styling

Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming store setting

Drive store sales and work towards achieving targets

Train, and support retail staff

Manage staff rosters and shift coverage





Motivate and guide the team to deliver excellent service and strong sales results

Provide feedback and coaching to team members

Maintain store displays in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines

Ensure new collections are presented beautifully in-store

Keep the store looking fresh, inviting, and on-brand

Inventory Management

Manage stock levels and product organisation

Receive and process deliveries

Conduct stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Communicate stock needs and best-selling products to head office

Brand & Community

Represent The Lullaby Club brand in store

Maintain strong product knowledge of all collections

Help create a positive, community-focused shopping experience

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous retail management experience in Fashion

Is confident leading and motivating a team

Is organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities

Has a passion for fashion and styling

Thrives in a dynamic retail environment
