We are seeking an experienced and passionate NDIS Practice Manager to join our Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in leading our organisation into its next stage of growth.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of Country to Coast Care.
This position provides strategic leadership across operations, quality, compliance, workforce development and organisational culture, ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional participant outcomes while operating efficiently, sustainably and in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
Working collaboratively with the Financial Controller, the Practice Manager will lead and support the Operations Manager and Quality & Training Coordinator while fostering collaboration across all areas of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Organisational Culture
Lead, mentor and foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture across the organisation.
Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Operations Manager, Quality & Training Coordinator, Team Leaders and office-based staff.
Drive employee engagement, accountability and professional development across all levels of the organisation.
Support managers and Team Leaders to build confident, capable and successful teams.
Promote open communication, continuous learning and a culture of respect, integrity and excellence.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management and succession planning across the organisation.
Cultivate Country to Coast Care's values, vision and commitment to exceptional participant outcomes throughout the organisation.
Operational Leadership
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Country to Coast Care.
Provide operational leadership and support across all service delivery functions.
Ensure effective collaboration between Operations, Quality & Training and Finance.
Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators.
Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions.
Support workforce planning and organisational growth.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational matters.
Ensure organisational resources are effectively utilised to deliver high-quality supports.
Quality, Compliance & Risk
Oversee compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators and relevant legislation.
Ensure organisational policies, procedures and documentation remain current and effective.
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Oversee preparation for internal and external audits.
Monitor incidents, complaints and organisational risks to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support the development of best practice service delivery models.
Ensure participant safeguarding and quality outcomes remain central to all business decisions.
Business Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve organisational systems, processes and efficiencies.
Lead and implement operational improvement initiatives.
Oversee Employment Hero administration and organisational HR systems.
Develop efficient workflows that support sustainable business growth.
Prepare operational reports, recommendations and performance updates for the Managing Director.
Support the implementation of strategic projects and organisational initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, guardians, support coordinators, clinicians and external stakeholders.
Represent Country to Coast Care professionally within the disability sector.
Support business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Promote a culture of exceptional customer service across the organisation.
About You
You are an experienced leader who is passionate about developing people, improving systems and creating exceptional organisational cultures.
You enjoy solving complex operational challenges, leading high-performing teams and continuously looking for better ways to deliver quality services.
You are approachable, resilient, solutions-focused and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership or management position.
Experience working within the NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care or community services sector.
Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing operational performance and organisational improvement.
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
High-level problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems.
Highly Desirable
Experience working within a registered NDIS provider.
Experience using ShiftCare and Employment Hero.
Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and workforce management.
Experience preparing organisations for NDIS certification audits.
Experience leading organisational growth and change management.
Qualifications in Business, Management, Health, Community Services or a related discipline.

Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to obtain or provide:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
National Criminal History Check.
Current Driver Licence.
Working with Children Check (where applicable).
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Evidence of unrestricted Australian working rights.
