Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Site Support (Electrical) to join our project team at Woolooga, QLD on a major utility-scale PV and BESS development.

This is a hands‑on role on a major BESS project in its final delivery phase, supporting quality assurance across electrical installations. You'll play a key role in ensuring the project is compliant, defect‑free, and ready for commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inspections across electrical works against drawings, specifications, ITPs, and Australian Standards.
- Identify, raise, and manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring effective tracking through to close‑out
- Monitor subcontractor workmanship on site, ensuring compliance with quality standards and escalating issues where required
- Support QA documentation, including inspection records, checklists, photo evidence, and handover/close‑out dossiers

Key Requirements

- Electrical trade or strong electrical construction experience
- Construction White Card
- Australian Driver's License
- Experience on solar, BESS, substations, or large infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Understanding of QA/QC processes and inspections
