We are seeking an experienced and dependable HR Truck Driver / Furniture Removalist who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and is prepared to take responsibility for the safe and professional completion of each removal.

This is a significant position appropriate for a mature, dependable, and physically capable individual who can lead by example and represent our enterprise professionally

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate and maintain our furniture removal trucks.

- Lead and work effectively with a furniture removal crew.

- Carefully load, secure, transport, and unload customers’ furniture and belongings.

- Protect customers’ property from damage throughout the removal.

- Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

- Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

- Communicate courteously with customers, management, and team members.

- Complete job sheets and other required documentation accurately.

- Take responsibility for the truck, crew, equipment,



and the successful completion of assigned jobs.

- Follow all road transport, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

- A current, valid HR driver’s licence.

- Previous truck-driving experience.

- Experience in furniture removals, transport, delivery, or logistics.

- A secure driving record and a responsible attitude.

- The physical fitness required for furniture removal work.

- A professional appearance and respectful manner.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- The ability to lead a crew and work as part of a team.

- A reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to work.

- Drug- and alcohol-free workplace habits.

- The ability to follow instructions and take responsibility without constant supervision.

- Care and respect for customers’ homes, furniture, and personal belongings.
