Wills Domain Winery is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Yallingup, Western Australia. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to lead and manage our restaurant operations in a beautiful winery setting. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences whilst ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and outstanding customer service. This role is pivotal to maintaining our reputation as a premier dining destination within the wine region, and you will report directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Manage customer service delivery, ensuring consistently high standards and positive guest experiences

Control food and beverage costs, manage inventory, and maintain budgets to maximise profitability

Develop and implement restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards aligned with company objectives

Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Coordinate with the kitchen and wine team to ensure seamless service and product knowledge

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement

Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and professional working environment

Manage rostering and ensure adequate staffing levels during service periods

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management role

Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards





Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management

Experience working in fine dining or upmarket casual dining environments is highly desirable

Knowledge of wine service and wine pairings would be advantageous

Proficiency with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Sound understanding of health, safety, and food safety regulations

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Current Food Safety Supervisor or equivalent certification is preferred
