The Admin Officer ensures smooth day-to-day operations across administration, property, and asset management. This role requires robust organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks that support the wider business.

Responsibilities

- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing orders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and track progress against business objectives.
- Support the organization and documentation of company governance activities,
- Ensure property assets are well-maintained and support dealership operations.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of administrative experience (automotive or retail preferred).
- Experience in property/facility management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory for NSW site travel).
