We are seeking an experienced Land Sales Consultant to join our boutique land development, Forest Reach in Huntley within the Illawarra region.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Skills And Experience
- A proven track record of success in residential land sales.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for customer service and community building.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- People management capability.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM).
- Solutions-focused problem solving.
- Sound financial acumen.
To be eligible,
you must be available to work 5 days per week including weekends, with flexibility for a varied roster.
