Employment Type: Permanent Part Time minimum 20 hours per week. Temporary Part Time minimum 20 per week.

Temporary roles are available to visa holders, with contracts issued in accordance with visa conditions. Visa holders will be considered where no suitable Australian citizen or permanent resident is identified.

Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Flexible Working (Days of work and start/finish negotiable).

Selection Criteria

- Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.
- This role requires demonstrated experience using word processing, spreadsheets, and hospital databases. Can you describe your previous administrative experience and provide examples of how you have used these programs and performed administrative duties to support a busy workplace?
- This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate spelling, strong comprehension, and the ability to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Can you provide an example of a time when you demonstrated these skills in the workplace?
- The role supports the Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager and clinical team in a busy ward environment. Can you provide an example of how you maintained efficiency and organisation during a period of high workload or unexpected change?
