About the Role

We're looking for a caring and efficient Customer Support Assistant to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our team at Mornington Bay Care Community.

What You'll Do

- Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
- Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our beautiful community.
- Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need

- Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
- A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
- A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community
- The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to complete:
- Pre-employment medical
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
