EquipmentShare’s Forge & Build is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Harcourt, IA facility. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and profitability, and manage inventory and expenses. You’ll supervise store staff, ensure superior customer service, coordinate receiving/dispatch, and uphold safety standards.
Growth strategy execution and robust relationships are key to success. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and weekend work.
