About the role:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with complex needs, using your clinical expertise and best practice standards. Assess, plan, implement and review care that supports positive outcomes and enhances residents' wellbeing. Use your skills and experience to identify the right interventions, even when care needs are complex and unpredictable. Champion quality improvement by finding new ways to enhance care, improve services and create better experiences for residents.

About you:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA. Strong clinical skills and experience assessing, planning, coordinating and reviewing care for residents with complex needs. The ability to inspire,



mentor and support your team to grow, succeed and deliver exceptional care. A collaborative approach, with the confidence to lead, share your knowledge and help drive positive outcomes for residents and the wider team.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $139,931 p.a. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $57.76 - $61.85 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
