Whether you're helping someone navigate digital banking, opening an account, resolving a query, or connecting them with the right specialist, every interaction is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day. This role is focused on creating exceptional customer experiences and helping customers feel confident about their financial future. This reflects the Customer Specialist role and ASB's focus on delivering great customer outcomes.

As part of our Advice Centre team, you'll:

- Deliver outstanding service and create memorable customer experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with customers from all walks of life
- Support customers with their everyday banking and digital needs
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams where appropriate
- Educate customers on tools and technology that make banking simpler and easier
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing and supportive team
- Continue learning and developing through coaching and ongoing training

- Have experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, contact centres, reception, tourism, education or similar environments
- Communicate confidently and authentically
