Responsibilities
- Take ownership of seeing tender submissions from start to finish
- Preparing take-offs, BOQ's and cost estimates
- Monitoring project costs and budgets
- Calling subcontractors and relevant stakeholders
- Identify new potential business opportunities
- Opportunities to introduce new process/softwares to enhance systems in order to produce more successful outcomes
Experience required
- Previous Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Government led project experience heavily favorable
- Proficient with relevant Estimating software and MS Packages
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Can do attitude and someone willing to take on a new challenge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
