Bunnings is seeking a Distribution Centre Shift Manager for the afternoon shift in Melbourne, leading the Receiving, Inventory, Picking and Despatch functions. The role operates 1:30pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday, reporting to the DC Operations Manager.

You’ll drive DIFOT and SIFOT metrics while championing safety and customer-focused culture. You’ll manage a team, collaborate with store leaders and stakeholders, and contribute to a protected, efficient warehousing environment where staff
