We're seeking an experienced Employee Health Support Coordinator to join our Health Safety & Wellbeing team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract, helping us support employees through injury, illness,recoveryand return-to-work journeys.

The Opportunity

As our Employee Health Support Coordinator,you'llplay a key role in managing work-related and non-work-related injury and illness cases across the Medibank Group. Working closely with leaders, People Partners, insurers, rehabilitationprovidersand employees,you'lldeliver practical, people-focused injury management solutions that support positive outcomes for both our people and our business.

You'llalso contribute to workers compensation and salary continuance management,provideexpert rehabilitation advice,monitorclaimsperformanceand support legislative compliance across multiplejurisdictions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating injury,illnessand return-to-work case management
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to achieve sustainable recovery and rehabilitation outcomes
- Supporting workers compensation and salary continuance claims management
- Liaising with insurers, claims managers and occupational rehabilitation providers




- Ensuring compliance with Comcare and relevant state-based legislation
- Identifyingtrends and opportunities through reporting and analysis
- Supporting early intervention initiatives that improve employee wellbeing and reduce time away from work
- Providing coaching and guidance on injury management best practice

About You

We'relooking for a proactive and compassionate professional who thrives on partnering with people and navigating complex situations with confidence.

You'llbring:

- 4+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Return to Work or Injury Management
- Qualificationsinand experience as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist or Exercise Physiologist
- Strong knowledge of Comcare and self-insurance injury management requirements
- Experience working with workers compensation legislation across multiplejurisdictions
- Demonstrated experience working for or alongside a Comcare self-insurer
- Excellent stakeholder management,communicationand influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
