Carine Barbers is seeking an experienced Senior Barber to join our team at our Carine location. This is a permanent part-time or full-time position that offers flexibility whilst maintaining professional excellence in our barbering services.
As a Senior Barber, you will be delivering exceptional grooming services to our valued clientele. Your expertise and passion for barbering will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality and precision.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide premium barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard grooming and styling to clients.
2. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and professional conduct.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Contribute to the salon's atmosphere and team culture through professionalism and collaboration.
What we're looking for
1. Recognised barbering qualification or certification demonstrating formal training and competency.
2. Minimum 5+ years' experience as a practising barber, with proven expertise in traditional and contemporary techniques.
3. Demonstrated ability to work with senior clientele and develop lasting professional relationships.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients.
5. Reliable,
professional attitude with a genuine passion for the barbering craft.
6. Flexibility to work part-time hours as required by the business.
