Resource Labour Hire is seeking skilled and qualified Engineering Boilermaker or high end Fabricator (must be MIG & TIG trained & skilled) for an engineering company in Kilsyth.

- Temp to Perm Positions - Job security as 5 years worth of global contracts in the pipeline

- Positive Rates / Good Companies - TFN & ABN Available

- Boilermaker $48.00ph TFN plus Super / $53.50ph ABN

- Fabricator $45ph TFN plus Super / $50.50ph ABN

- Overtime after 8 hours per day and 38 hours per week

- Ongoing Positions / Potential Perm after 13 weeks casual

Required for the Job:

- Boilermakers & Fabricators that can walk the walk and not just talk. Skilled within MIG & TIG desired - big project work with high end finish

- Mild Steel Fabrication

- Structural Steel

- Aluminum

- Industrial Fans - job security as 2 years worth of contracts in the pipeline

- Be part of the company expansion in 2026/2027





- Boilermakers & Fabricators that can read of plans, work within a team, work to a timeframe and complete with a high end finish

- Boilermakers & Fabricators that are looking for a career as well as a job

- Boilermakers & Fabricators that can communicate at all levels, have a high degree of common sense and a sense of humour would be good too.

- Boilermaker & Fabricators that have full PPE including a Welders Helmet and basic tools.
