We are looking for safety-focused and reliable Line Operators to join our growing production team in Wangara. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain product quality standards, and contribute to a safe and productive workplace.

Shift Pattern

- 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 6:00am)
- 84 hours (7 shifts) per fortnight
- Rotating day and night roster
- Overtime opportunities available

About The Role

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring all products meet quality, food safety and production standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging machinery
- Conducting machine changeovers and basic fault finding
- Monitoring production lines and responding to equipment issues
- Maintaining production output, efficiency and quality standards
- Conducting quality checks and identifying non-conforming products
- Recording production data and downtime information
- Ensuring products are correctly labelled, coded, wrapped and packaged
- Replenishing raw materials and packaging supplies
- Performing cleaning and minor maintenance activities
- Operating forklifts safely when required
- Assisting with stock movements and material handling
- Following all safety, food safety and quality procedures
- Reporting hazards,



incidents and quality concerns promptly

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working in a manufacturing, production or processing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks

Highly regarded:

- Experience operating automated or PLC-controlled equipment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, food or beverage environment
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or food safety requirements
