What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
- Help Our Customers: Take incoming calls and make follow-up calls to help patients with standard questions, orders, and service needs.
- Become an Expert: Build a excellent working knowledge of our products and services so you can guide customers with confidence.
- Work as a Team: Share customer feedback and needs with our sales and technical teams so we can keep improving our service.
- Solve Problems: Listen to customer requests or concerns and partner with our technical teams to find quick solutions.
What We’re Looking For (Are You a Match?)
- Background: Experience in general office administration, customer support, or a medical office setting (a medical admin diploma or healthcare background is a plus!).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and comfortable managing phone calls.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic, empathetic,
and genuinely passionate about delivering great care to patients.
