You will guide a multidisciplinary team, deliver clinic-based, virtual and home visiting care for vulnerable families, and drive service improvement and workforce development across the community.
This is a permanent full time leadership role in NSW with a focus on high-quality, equitable care and excellent patient experiences. A current influenza vaccination is required.
