You are someone who:

- Manages difficult conversations with confidence, resolving conflict and facilitating positive outcomes.
- Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships, providing excellent service and addressing concerns constructively.
- Applies systems thinking to understand complex issues and identify effective solutions.
- Leads and manages teams by planning workforce needs, developing capability, and ensuring resources are used effectively.
Qualifications and experience
You'll bring:
- demonstrated experience in the oversight,
delivery and management of assets or projects in a public transport environment (essential)
- a relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
- Experience in surveillance and/or quality assurance.
- Experience developing systems and processes to support construction management.
- Ability to build capability and mentor others in contract management and governance.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and afternoon/night shifts.
