BDO Sydney is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Dayforce payroll implementations, guiding clients from requirements through to deployment and post-go-live support. You will mentor junior consultants, shape delivery approaches and ensure compliant, practical outcomes for diverse clients.

You bring 2+ years in payroll or HCM systems implementation, solid process mapping, stakeholder engagement and the ability to run workshops with confidence. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
