About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our growing Chermside team.

You will provide migration advice, manage visa applications from consultation to decision, prepare high-quality submissions, and deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with Australian migration law.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client consultations and assess migration pathways.
- Prepare and lodge visa, sponsorship and nomination applications.
- Draft submissions and respond to Department requests.
- Manage client files and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records and CRM updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the application process.
- Stay current with migration legislation and policy changes.




- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Current OMARA Registered Migration Agent (or eligible for registration).
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and visa processes.
- Experience managing visa applications independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Client-focused with a high standard of ethics and professionalism.
