About The Role

We're seeking an ambitious and collaborative Project Manager to join our growing Melbourne Retail team. Working alongside experienced project leaders, you'll take ownership of retail construction projects from planning through to completion, leading project teams, managing consultants and contractors, and providing trusted advice to some of Australia's most recognised institutional property clients. You'll play a key role across both new retail developments and existing shopping centre upgrades, confidently managing projects within live operational environments while balancing stakeholder expectations, commercial outcomes and project delivery. About You





You’ll bring 4-7 years' experience in client-side project management, ideally within the retail sector, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.

You’ll Also Bring

- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering retail construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Experience working with institutional investors or major shopping centre owners
- Experience managing projects within live operational shopping centre environments, including tenancy coordination, refurbishment and redevelopment projects.
- Confidence chairing project meetings, managing complex stakeholder groups and presenting clear, concise project reporting to clients.
- A strong understanding of design coordination, consultant management and construction delivery.
- The ability to build trusted client relationships while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience working within a client-side consultancy setting will be highly regarded.
