Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;

- Manage the planning and installation of computing equipment, electrical power and cable/wiring for all voice and data communication, security and information processing equipment
- Lead a team of IT officers with all-round experience in Computers, Networks, VOIP, DR, BCP, Cloud etc.
- Define and negotiate service level agreements for the computing setting, balancing performance and reliability against costs thereby setting appropriate levels of expectation of local IT
- Maintain the availability, reliability, performance, and security of the corporate infrastructure of networks, servers,



PCs and voice communications to exceed organizational expectations and business needs
- Maintain an efficient CMDB to properly administer all assets
- Project Management with international exposure. PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred.
- Experience in matrix organizations, leveraging internal and vendor teams while maintaining timelines, quality and budgets
- Engage end-users and business leaders by articulating value propositions and selling the change
- Strong business acumen and strong customer facing skills and communication skills
- Drive solution or product rationalization and apply standardization appropriately across 8 countries
- Foster effective team collaboration with stakeholders from various teams and ventures within Housing Market Group (Australia)
