- Proven experience in a technical writing or digital documentation role

- High-quality, audience-appropriate content production
- Proactive approach to identifying gaps in documentation
- Ability to work comfortably with technical (engineering, QA) and non-technical (sales, operations, customers) audiences
- Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Git,
Markdown, or XML-based editors
