We're looking for an adaptable, reliable and professional Operations Support Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on learning new skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

No two days are the same. One shift you may be conducting mobile patrols, the next monitoring alarms in our Control Room, assisting with Cash in Transit operations or supporting our office team. You'll become an integral part of our operation, helping ensure our clients continue to receive the high level of service they've come to expect from PGC Security.

About the Role

Your duties may include:

- Mobile patrols and alarm response

- Cash in Transit operations

- Control Room monitoring and alarm management

- Customer service and office support

- Assisting with operational administration

- Providing operational relief across the business as required

- Working collaboratively with our patrol, control room, technical and administration teams

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is dependable, honest and professional

- Enjoys variety and is willing to learn

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Can work independently and as part of a team

- Maintains a high standard of presentation

- Is flexible with working hours, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays when required

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Security Licence with 1AE classes





- Current Victorian Security Guard Licence

- Current unrestricted driver's licence

- Sound computer skills

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

- Current 1C and 2B classes on NSW Security Licence

- Mobile Patrol experience

- Control Room experience

- Cash in Transit experience (1C qualification or willingness to obtain)

- Current First Aid qualification
