If you're an experienced supervisor with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to safety, we'd like to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Shutdown Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crusher maintenance crews to ensure shutdown activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.Key responsibilities include:Supervising crusher maintenance crews on sitePromoting and maintaining a strong safety cultureCoordinating daily work activities and shutdown schedulesEnsuring work is completed safely, on time and to client specificationsLeading pre-start meetings and toolbox talksMonitoring work quality, productivity and workforce performanceLiaising with site representatives and JWS Industries managementMentoring and supporting tradespeople and Trade AssistantsEnsuring compliance with site procedures,
