Water Corporation is seeking a Trades Team Leader to head a team of six field-based trades and operational staff in Busselton, supporting a network of water and wastewater assets from Augusta to Capel.

This hands-on leadership role involves balancing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability and robust customer outcomes while coordinating contractors and parts.

Travel between depot and sites is required; a work vehicle is provided.
