About the Role

As the trustedExecutive Assistant totwo General Managers, you'll provide high-level executive supportwhile actingas the keyliaison between seniorleaders, executives andboth internal andexternal stakeholders. This is a fast-paced rolerequiring exceptional organisation, initiative and the ability to anticipate needs before theyarise.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively manage complexdiaries, ensuring GeneralManagers are preparedfor meetings andcommitments.
- Coordinate meetings,



agendas, minutes and actionitems.
- Organise internal events, conferences and teamfunctions.
- Prepare correspondence,presentations and documentationon behalf ofGeneral Managers.
- Coordinate domestic andinternational travel arrangements.
- Manage finance administrationincluding purchase orders, expenses and expendituretracking.
- Support P&C; administration andcollaborate with theteam to meetkey deadlines.
- Contribute to workplaceculture initiatives andcommittees.

About You

- Proven experience supportingsenior executives orC-suite leaders.
- Ability to workautonomously and makeconfident decisions.
- Strong stakeholder managementand communication skills.
- Proactive with excellentjudgement and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised withthe ability tomanage competing priorities.
- Professional, discreet andexperienced handling confidentialinformation.
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
