I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a high-performing aged care provider based in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN with strong clinical governance and quality experience to step into a strategic, influential role.

The role:

- Partner with operational leaders to drive quality improvement
- Provide coaching and advice around clinical governance, compliance and risk
- Conduct audits, quality reviews, investigations and validation activities
- Support homes with regulatory readiness and Commission visits
- Use quality data to identify risks and drive meaningful improvements




- Help build strong cultures of accountability and continuous improvement

About you:

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Strong experience in aged care clinical leadership, quality or governance
- Good knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience with audits, incidents, investigations, risk and continuous improvement
- Confident communicator with solid coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and influencing positive change
- Flexible to travel as required
