Probe Group in Melbourne is seeking a Collections Agent to manage outbound payments, negotiate arrangements, and handle account holds in a hybrid work setup.

You will navigate CRM systems, verify customer details, and respond to inquiries with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, contributing to high customer satisfaction in a rapid-paced environment.

Start date 10 August 2026; 38 hours per week; Mon-Fri with a rotating roster; hybrid in-office Wed/Thu.
