National Distribution Leadership | Real Estate Private Credit & Equity

Weave Recruitment has been retained exclusively to appoint a Head of Private Capital for a growing alternative investment manager operating across real estate private credit and equity strategies.

Reporting to the Head of Institutional Distribution, this is a senior national leadership role responsible for managing and developing a team of three Distribution Executives / Senior Business Development Managers, while driving capital raising outcomes across wholesale investors, dealer groups, platforms, family offices, research houses and sophisticated adviser networks.

The business has built a strong platform across senior and mezzanine credit funds, alongside an expanding real estate equity pipeline focused on institutional and wholesale investors.

The Role

- You will lead the national private capital distribution function, with responsibility for:
- Driving capital raising strategy across private wealth, wholesale and intermediary channels
- Leading, coaching and developing a national team of distribution professionals
- Building relationships with research houses, platforms, dealer groups, family offices and key adviser networks
- Positioning real estate private credit and equity strategies in market




- Contributing to product feedback, investor messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Working closely with senior leadership across capital, investment and product teams

The Ideal Candidate

You will likely bring:

- Senior distribution / capital raising experience across funds management, private credit, property, alternatives or real assets
- Established relationships across wholesale, private wealth and intermediary channels
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring BDM / distribution teams
- Strong understanding of research, ratings, platforms and adviser-led capital flows
- Commercial maturity, credibility and the ability to operate in a growth-stage workplace
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building structure, not just operating within it
