Blackbook Executive is seeking an experienced R&D; Manager to own the end-to-end innovation pipeline from concept to commercialisation. You will lead and accelerate product development, oversee budgets, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
You will build capabilities, identify market trends, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met while driving value engineering and cost reduction across the portfolio.
