Business Process Consultants - Six Sigma

We’re seeking experienced Process Design Managers / Business Process Consultants to join a major telecommunications transformation program supporting large‑scale IT and operating‑model change. This is a hands‑on delivery role for professionals who can take ownership of a workstream, work independently, and drive meaningful process improvement within complex enterprise environments.

About the role

- Redesign end‑to‑end business processes within a large transformation program
- Lead fit‑gap analysis and process improvement activities aligned to IT change
- Translate high‑level architecture and strategy into practical, executable process design
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real‑world outcomes
- Support either direct transformation delivery or back‑fill operational teams enabling transformation activity

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in process redesign / process improvement / operating model transformation
- Ability to operate at a Manager level (leading small workstreams independently)
- Experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Hands‑on, practical delivery mindset (not purely theoretical)

Highly regarded experience

- Telecommunications or large‑scale customer/channel environments (contact centre, retail, digital, sales & service)




- Experience using Signavio or similar process modelling tools
- Exposure to transformation areas such as:
- Billing
- Identity & access management
- Fraud, risk or compliance
- Payments, collections or customer hardship

What we don’t need

- Pure Business Analysts without process redesign experience
- Theoretical consultants without practical delivery examples
