Bunnings is seeking a Head of Customer Platforms (Salesforce) to lead the strategy, governance and evolution of our customer technology ecosystem. You will own the Salesforce platform landscape, including CRM, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Loyalty, partnering with senior leaders to deliver outcomes.

As part of the Technology Leadership Team, you’ll balance strategic investment, platform modernisation and team leadership while overseeing a budget of ~AUD 18M and a team of around 25 professionals.
